This is nice book for a coffee able.

This coffee table book is carefully crafted with striking imagery and beautifully bold voices. It is sooooooo needed. And I’m not speaking of showcasing brown individuality to groups that hardly know anything about the culture.This kind of imagery is needed within the brown community to illustrate the acceptance and beauty in being unapologetically unique and authentic. It is a true celebration on brown creativity which is often imitated but hardly uplifted as the culture to aspire to. This book gives people something to celebrate and others who are still finding themselves something to be inspired by. Super grateful for not just the existence of this book but also the execution of it.

First, I'd give this book 10 stars if ai could. I'm a coffee table book fanatic and this book did not disappoint. Not only is it absolutely beautiful, with the most amazing pictures, the stories of the real people were the best part. I've purchased four copies to give as gifts. This book is mesmerizing, I couldn't put it down. It's got everything: Beauty, heart, real issues, it covers everything!! I'm following all the subjects on Instagram now because THEY. ARE. AMAZING!!! Kudos to the lovely ladies that curated this book, I've been waiting for a book like this for far too long.

This book is very week written. It contains beautiful pics and looks great on my coffee table. I love this book.

I LOVE IT!! I can’t put it down - The rawness, honesty, transparency and vulnerability of the shared stories and personal experiences. The unapologetic Black and Brown images and so much more! Every single chapter and the turn of every page is relatable in ways we exist, choose to show up and take up space, and how we navigate and journey freely within the comfort of our own skin, rooted in our self-expression in ALL our ways. Thank you for this body of art, thank you for such shared stories, thank you for this masterpiece that will forever be a timeless piece.

This book is chock full of gorgeous imagery and inspiring words. I was familiar with some of the contributors but I was also introduced to many more new faces. I can't overstate how good it feels to see so many creative, talented and beautiful people being highlighted. I intended it to be a coffee table book but I find myself re-reading it so often that I'm going to have to buy myself another copy to keep in pristine condition :-)

Loved this coffee table book! Stunning images and words. My book arrived in great condition, no marks nor damage. This book from the cover and throughout is well thought out and represents melanated creatives well. I was not disappointed.
