Red Heart With Love Yarn, Tan

Typical red heart yarn. Color is vibrant & as described. This is 4 weight & worked well. Reasonable price.

The color on this yarn is a very pretty and vivid. I think of it as a eggplant color. Because nicely in my blanket that I am doing and it's helping me to try different colors. It seems very sturdy and soft. This product was a personal purchase for myself at the normal retail/list price. I am reviewing it solely because I want to share my experience with other potential customers. Great yarn. This is the perfect yarn if you are making something really warm. It works up heavier than others. One reviewer described this yarn as cushy and I agree. Great for that warm afghan or throw. I crochet a lot of amigurumi projects and this is my yarn of choice for that. It holds its shape. I was losing my faith with Red Heart yarn. But, this yarn has renewed my enjoyment using RH yarn. It is just soft enough for me. It is just about the only Red Heart yarn I buy now. I wish they had more colors. Definitely recommend this yarn. It does cost a little more. But, if it works out well for you, you will not mind.

This ain't your mama's red heart yarn. I used to hate hate hate red heart yarn. I would go out of my way to spend boatloads of more money on better-quality acrylic yarns. But this stuff? It's pretty damn awesome. It's like if Red Heart and Simply Soft got married and had a baby. You have the ease of the acrylic with just a slight silkiness to it. You know how Simply Soft sometimes doesn't keep it's shape very nicely? Well, this stuff is awesome...and it comes in so many yummy colors. Try it out.

The color has more butterscotch (a light butterscotch, not the darker kind) than cornsilk. It is hard to describe. I don’t like it much because the color looks more for children than for adults. It doesn’t resemble the stock photo that is for sure. I have no problem with th yarn quality though. It is smoother than super saver but heavier in gauge than Red Heart Soft. I also bought the mallard, boysenberry, bubble gum, and evergreen and loved them all! These colors resemble the photos and the namesake much better. RH with Love is much more expensive than RH supersavor but is softer in texture. I have yet to combine these two to see the effect.

This is a skein I had in my stash for years and when I decided it was perfect for my current customer creation I found it was hard to find and much prettier than I thought. The yarn is quality for sure and even though on the pricey side now, it is really worth the money. I make crochet afghans for customers and they are usually very picky about colors. It is very important to have a high quality yarn that will last for many years to come. This one qualifies for sure. It is rated a 4 weight (medium) but when it is worked up it seems thick. It is certainly very durable. This one will not break with wear. the colors work up really nicely. It does seem to be not an Ombre nor a strip like other yarns but it is a slower color change than a variegated yarn. I really like it! My customer loves the colors. The colors change from a medium green to a lighter green to a light green and to a teal.

Gorgeous blue. Deep and vibrant. Love Red Heart yarns!

Excellent service, arrived earlier than expected ,well packaged and the yarn is as described . Knits beautifully and washes like a dream .very satisfied. I will be ordering this in blue when I have finished a crocheting project in currently working on.
