I've tried the the turtle neck wrap, u-shped and Mugi pillows and none of them worked out quite right. This pillow is great! After disinfecting the tray table on the plane, I set this on it and fall right to sleep. No stiff neck or head drooping like before. Currently looking for more for the rest of my family since I won't share mine.

I used this after eye surgery, Its very comfy and soft material, I used it at home and in the car. It supports your head nicely. It is bulky I would not recommend to take it on the plane unless you are prepared to pay for 2 seats.
