On a hollow core door could I glue these in pace and skip the screw

Wouldnt be the best application unless the hollow core has a solid filler material around the edges. I put silicone behind the ones i installed as the filler material was a compressed wood fibre material. If its truly hallow you will need to glue and nail a wood block inside above your cutout in the door in order to use this product. Screws go up and down.

What is the hole size requirement for the 2.6' OD pull? I need to know what size hole it will fit into. Thanks.

Make a 2 inch hole by 0.4 inch (10mm) deep. The Flush Handle will "snap-in" tight. Usually, when you receive the parts they come with instructions/directions. Attention:If your sliding door is two sides pulls, your door thickness should be more than 20mm(0.8 inch).

Does this work on hollow doors?

Yes , most hollow core doors are solid where a lock or pull is typically installed, around 36" up from bottom of door to center and 2-3/8" in from edge. They will definitely not work where hollow.
