Needed a good headset to make and take calls through soft phone via laptop as working from home I found I was using my personal mobile too much to call clients. Read the reviews for this and seemed most customers were happy with this product so went for it although it was above the amount I set out to pay.Product arrived next day and immediately tried it and it worked well. Quick to set up with USB connection. Earpad is comfortable. The mic can be adjusted and is a good length. I used it for Skype call and it worked a treat. I am not sure about the noise cancellation as the other person could hear my child singing in the background! I am glad I bought this as now I have been invited to a training session through Skype.I would recommend this to anyone who is looking for a sturdy headset.

Sound quality from these is good - the windscreen on the mic is very useful for preventing pops, and works well given how close to the mouth it is. This is most of the "noise cancellation" effect, in that the volume is low but mic very close, so background sounds are not really cancelled so much as "relatively quiet".There is a persistent hum in the background on recordings. This is pretty much eliminated by software such as Teams, which automatically eliminates noise, but is very prominent on proper recordings eg if I need to narrate a video. This is very surprising and annoying as I haven't had that on any other USB mic, and it happens whichever computer I plug the mic into.

Great product! Works perfectly as I am calling our older generation on a regular basis and they can hear me perfectly well, the boom mic is a great help in this regard. Easy to use, just plug in a off you go! Highly recommended this product and great value for money.

This was easy to install on to my laptop. I use the headphones for my on line teaching and meetings. The headset fits well is adjustable and comfortable to wear all day. It also does not make my hair style look too silly (which other headphones have done!)

The headset build is great, it is sturdy and certainly one of the better for durability and comfort of those I have tried (which is a significant amount).The problem I had is that the unit is poor for YouTube playback and YouTube Live Streaming.It states it is good for these, yet the sound quality of my voice on the live events I used it on are certainly poor.It also knocks out the system sounds when going live on YouTube through Google Hangouts, which no other headset has done bfore.There are certainly quirks in the blue tooth connectivity which is a problem running through their range, as is their technical performance quality.If you want to use this heaset for listneing to videos, or maybe working through those online training webinars etc, it does give you the freedom to move around. The blue tooth covers my whole house area, which is quite large, so that is a good point.Overall though, it really depends what you need, but I would say I have tried more than one headset from this company and I don't think they are trouble-free, reliable nor great on mic quality, so ignore the professional statement, they aren't. They are cheap units, kept cheap by cheap internal components, instead of going for quality across the board.

It's a good headset. Sound good, with good noise cancellation. Microphone sensitive enough to work close to, and away from my mouth without picking up too much background noise. However, the only reason I can't give it 5 stars is the rubber mount that sits on your head (picture included). I wear my headset a lot during the day and it gets uncomfortable after a while (I do when short hair, though). I've had to put a tissue between the mount and my head, and that helps a lot. In future, if there is a more spongy bit on the mount, I think that will help.

No sound from headphones. No headphone jack either. So where is the sound meant to go to while recording or after recording?Instruction sheet does not describe how to use product.The microphone is bad quality.When I record my voice it gives a fuzzy echo when i talk, no amount of editing software can get rid of it. Terrible product.I can't believe I paid such a huge amount of money for such a useless product. I'd give it a ZERO star if I could.

Fantastic value. Comfortable, clear mic and clear audio quality. Great for Teams calls and recording voiceovers for presentations etc.. Inline remote has volume control and a mic on/off button with LED light indicators. I've read quite a few negative reviews saying their mic quality isn't good - try calibrating the microphone settings in Windows and make sure the microphone is positioned properly (not too far away or too close to your mouth...)
