Can you wear these in the rain. Are they likely to get ruined

They are not waterproof. I use Scotchgard Suede & Nubuck Protector. They will last longer but still avoid puddles.

Does the sizing go by the us or uk system? I take a uk 11 but the description seems to say otherwise & I just want clarify if I should get a 11 or 12.

Can I remove and replace the insoles

Yes fully changeable insoles ! Unless you have specialist orthopaedic insoles you need to insert they do actually have a good comfy standard insole.
