Quite bitter for gingerbread...
I found this to be very strong in flavour, only needing about 3/4 of a teaspoon, or the flavour gets way to sweet and strong. It also seems to be quite bitter with a bitter scent.

A very nice gingerbread taste which works well in coffee. Even more importantly it is guilt free indulgence.

Tastes Awful
It just tastes disgusting. It's not even the case of it being "too sweet" as others have said. It just tastes bad.
