Birds love it!
I have never seen such a variety of birds in my back yard feeders! I used to just get nuthatches, cardinals, sparrows and chickadees. Now I'm seeing woodpeckers, cat birds and wrens around this suet cake and it has only been up a few days. I have bought other brands and the birds don't really care for it. I only put out 2 flavors so far but even though one was berry, it still smelled of peanut, which I think is great. The other brand of mix variety suet Ik used to buy only had one type that smelled like peanut and that was the only one the birds really cared about. They are eating both flavors with Pine Tree Farm suet.Lastly the other brave I used to buy would melt inside our house, I had to store it in the freezer, despite it saying no melt. Pine Tree Farm suet stayed solid on an 89 degree day while I put it out! I will buy this again!

Very popular
I buy suet a lot usually at times locally but decided to buy online, the variety of birds we feed love these and I’ve seen a couple of woodpeckers also plus the regulars like cardinals etc, and needless to say a few squirrels, I’ve bought other brands before and have taken ages to be eaten but this stuff they love, and also bulk is better especially during the winter months so you never run out, I love looking out the window to see who’s feeding!

Birds took to it slowly, but then loved it.
(Before edit I only gave two stars) I chose this product because the reviews were good. I had no prior experience.I will have no future experience with it either. Sadly, even in 30 degree weather, my birds will not touch it. Even more telling, the squirrels show NO interest. Next time I will just but the cheap stuff from Home Depot, as every animal around here loves those.Added two months later:After a week or so, the first block of suet-mix, finally, was eaten. The next block got eaten in 48 hours. Since the second block, the birds have learned to love all three flavors. I will buy more next season.

Birds here love it
I took one half of Pine Tree Farms and one half of the cheapo brand from the local home store and put them in the feeder together. Both are of the same "flavor" High Energy. As you can see the Pine Tree Farms suet on the left was greatly preferred over the cheapo brand on the right. At least by the birds here at my house.

PERFECT Gift Pack!!
GREAT ASSORTMENT!! Had trouble with suet from Wal-Mart, where the birds came some days and not others and a new suet would sit in the feeder a week with hardly a nibble. No matter what flavor my husband puts in from this pack, the birds are HAPPY!!We have to take the suet in at night, because of flying squirrels that cause the dogs to back all night long... and found that before putting suet into a covered tray for the night, previous suet required a tap to dislodge loose pieces.... NOT WITH THIS. Quality made and a GREAT gift for bird watchers!!

not as advertized = Not worth the money = buy something else
There are 3 varieties - High Energy 12 oz. ("Pine Tree Farms" - the good stuff). Then, there are two inferior, cheap suet varieties by "Birdwatcher's Best" - Nutty Butter and Berry Essence. Both of these are only 11 oz. Save yourself the trouble of scrapping the bad stuff the birds leave behind. This package might have the wording "Pine Tree Farms", but two-thirds of the suet inside the package are worthless.

This is a wonderful suet. I have the nutty one in the front yard and we get woodpeckers on it regularly. I have the other two in the back yard and for whatever reason only the sparrows and mocking birds eat those, but they keep coming back so it must be good.
