Great support
I really liked that I could not boot at first with the USB so I emailed support and they quickly gave me instructions on how to update and first upload to the oldest version that boots up. The support is great!

Didn't Work
The "Bootable" drive did not work. It did absolutely nothing and I got no reply from customer service.
