My physical therapist, who I was seeing for pelvic floor strengthening, recommended this for a previous issue with dyspareunia (painful intercourse). I am widowed and not sexually active but the PT said that the muscle spasms that likely caused the pain could be contributing to bladder issues. I have been using this for a couple of weeks and am able to find and apply acupressure to the sore areas and I believe they are getting better. I didn’t realize I would need lubricant but picked that up at the drugstore. The wand works as it’s described, is easy to use and comes with a storage pouch. After I use it and wash it I put it in a ziplock bag first and then in the pouch. It’s a little pricey for something that probably costs less than a buck to make, but it’s worth it to get relief.

I ordered this as I’ve been looking at this for months and decided to pull the trigger. I graduated PT pretty quickly but life got in the way and I slipped up on my exercises and breathing which caused a tight pelvic floor again. This tool has completely changed this. I will say I learned how to release these muscles effectively through PT which has made this product super easy to use. But you must keep up on the strengthening and proper breathing. This tool is great, I think every woman should have one, it releases tension and the trigger point on the end is perfect.

Very easy to use once you know what you're doing. My PFT recommended this and taught me how to use it. It's soft, easy to clean, and comes with a discreet carrying bag.

Have been doing pelvic floor therapy and my PT recommend I get this. She does manual release w/ finger pressure and it has been helping/ working great. I was disappointed with this wand. It did nothing for me. I was not able to find any trigger points with it and it does not work for me. Packaging is nice and is easy to clean but material is not comfortable.
