I take VIP’s through the airport and bought these to have on hand for people on long-haul flights. I tried just one gummy one night and wow. I fell asleep peacefully, got up to use the bathroom without issue and woke up the next day without that groggy feeling you get when you have taken a sleeping pill. These definitely worked. However, they caused terrible nightmares. I cannot take them anymore. My doctor told me that eating a small handful of almonds or walnuts or dried cherries before bedtime will also work because they contain natural melatonin. This is working far better for me.
