Worked well and very bright
I was very pleased with this product, I used it as a replacement for another RGB LED component. Clearly in most cases you would want to solder connectors on the bottom, to prevent wires from getting in the way. But then mounting becomes a little bit of an issue, luckily I had two stand-offs which were just the right size to fit in the mounting holes. I think supplying two stand-offs along with the light module would have been ideal.

Works with my Raspberry Pi Zero
It works well with a Raspberry Pi using the Adafruit Neopixel library and the Pi's 5V pin. It has fairly bright colours. I did have difficulty soldering it, there is not much space and I melted a couple of the light casings ☹️ (I'm not an expert) but no real damage.

Do not buy! faulty product
I bought two of these - both had a short between 5V and GND, therefore useless. Do not buy!

Vollkommen überteuert für einen einzelnen Ring
Der Artikel ist gut aber der Preis ist völlig überzogen.Ich muss zugeben, dass ich selbst schuld bin weil ich nicht genau hingeschaut habe.Die Artikelüberschrift: "Stemedu 7 Bits 7 X WS2812 5050 RGB-LED-Ringlampe ..." hat mich glauben lassen, dass ich hier 7 Ringe erwerbe und nicht nur einen zu dem Preis von 10,60€.Vergleichbare LED Ringe mit 12 LED kosten z.b. im 5er Pack 13,50€.Einzelne LED diese Typs kosten je nach Bestellmenge etwas zwischen 10 und 20 Cents.Die Qualität ist gut und der Ring funktioniert auch so wie er soll. Hätte ich den Ring in dem Moment nicht relativ dringend gebraucht, hätte ich ihn zurückgeschickt.Ich verbuche dies unter Lehrgeld.
