Worked perfectly with normal Rainbird sprinkler heads
Perfect fit. Easy to install. More costly, but the cheaper, generic 1/2 extensions I bought just would not fit. Wasted time and effort trying for a cheaper product.

Exactly what I needed
I had short pop-ups and they weren’t clearing the plants around them in my beds. Instead of digging them up and replacing them with taller pop-ups, I simply screwed one of these extensions on and problem solved in less than a minute. I had one area that needed even more height- no problem, screwed two together and again problem solved quickly and I didn’t even get dirty.Really neat solution for beds where you can tolerate the shaft not fully retreating into the pop-up- obviously the 6” extension is above ground but in a bed with no foot traffic it’s not an issue.

Alternative Use for these
I used these to flush out the lines on multiple heads at the same time. Instead of clamping the spray head with the tool, I installed these in place of the nozzle. This way I was able to flush up to 6 lines at the same time. Saved me a lot of time during some maintenance I was doing.

Good but overpriced.
I really needed these. They worked perfectly but the risers are way overpriced.

Quick fix
Exactly what I needed to add some height to my existing sprinkler system to reach above some plants that had grown in over the years and were blocking the spray heads.

Simple to install and fixed issue
Easy to install and get sprinkler head above ground cover. Little pricey, but easy fix.

Perfect! Fixed my problem where some of my heads were sitting too low!
If you need to raise the height of your Rain Bird 1800 series sprinkler head these are the perfect fit!

Very disappointing! Items not really comparable as described.
These do not fit the standard Rainbird sprinklers. I was able to screw them into the riser, but it’s a different size and becomes loose as you tighten it. The top where you screw in the sprayer is smaller than the male component, and it will not seat and could strip the threads. Very disappointing.
