CH-201 Additional Windshield Suction Cup Mount Holder for Tomtom One and XL GPS Navigators(pre 130 and 330 Models) Tomtom V4 Series 125 125 SE 130 130S 140 140S

Bought this to replace my TomTom mount that broke. Held my GPS unit securely on a week long driving vacation. No problem with suction cup falling off the windshield. Can be a little hard snapping the GPS into the mount, but the original mount was about the same. I'm happy with it so far.

My old TomTom XL's mount broke a few years ago, and try as I might, I could not find one locally at a decent price, or even get on in from Amazon.com to my country. A couple of weeks I came across the iSaddle CH-201 at an exceptionally good price, and they also would be able to ship to South Africa. I decided to give it a go. It arrived within the shipping time which is great, as this is something that Amazon have improved drastically. Even though it's not labeled TomTom, it fits my XL perfectly, and mounts on the windscreen just as the original did. The suction cup is very effective and doesn't budge at all, which means the GPS will be securely attached to the windshield. If you're looking for a decent mount at a great price, give this a go!

have an old TomTom unit I still use but the old mount finally started coming apart. This one would not stick to the windshield at all. Tried it in two different vehicles and it would not work in either one.

Great Product

As a replacement, this fits the original TomTom like the original mount. Haven't tried the suction cup yet on the cold windshield, but appears it will work fine.

When first tried it did not hold on the windshield. But have tried different time and it is on the windshield and it's holding sofar.

I would give it 5 stars for suction if I had used it more. So far sticks like glue! but we have only had it on for 3 days - I'm happy even if it falls off every 4th day!! I keep this old XL ONE for use in Europe when I am there (I have a newer one one for N. America) This cup works perfectly; you need to make sure that it is clipped on properly - it's stiffer than the original. If you put the cup on the window first you may have difficulty clipping it in. It seems to come off more easily in one position (perhaps not exactly round?) The rubber plugs are missing so you can easily see how to adjust the hinge tension. Again, mine is stiffer than the original so I may have to adjust that. Last month we flew into Heathrow and found that we needed a new cup. Nightmare driving with the TomTom on the console!! So I am a VERY HAPPY customer. Oh, do NOT use RainX on your window (inside) if you have you will have to find some way to remove it. Also do NOT spit on the cup.

I tried it both on a window and a dash mount pad, it came off less than a minute. I am very disappointed.
