This is our Reversing Camera Kit for the Audi A4 ( B8, 8.5 ) A5 ( 8T ) and Q5 ( 8R ) from 2009 - 2016 fitted with the Multimedia MMI system with the radio controls at the base of the gear selector. It is NOT compatible with the Concert or Symphony Audio unit with the radio controls on the audio unit. It has two plug and play looms to be connected at the rear of the radio and at the rear of the heater controls. Once fitted the camera image will be displayed on the screen as soon as the Reverse Gear is engaged and it will show the Dynamic Parking Guidelines that move with the steering wheel showing the projected trajectory of the vehicle. If your parking sensors show onscreen before installation then they will also show on the parking icon on the left side of screen, but if your parking sensors only beep then the parking icon can be removed by simply leaving us a message saying NO SENSORS and we will include an SD card with the kit that will remove the parking icon. If your car has a Manual Gearbox then 1 single wire from the interface will need to be connected to the reverse light wire at the rear lamp - This step is not required on an Automatic Gearbox. The kit comes supplied with our low voltage NTSC tailgate handle camera that will fit perfectly in place of the original one ( If your car has the 'Concert & Symphony' System - Please See Our Other Listing ) The kit comes supplied with a USB Key, containing fitting photos and detailed instructions.
