I bought this nearly 2 years again but thanks to covid have only recently been able to use it and I was so impressed I had to write a review.We’d heard about reverse polarity electricity on some continental campsites..but not all of them.This piece of kit provides a checker, and an adapter to use if necessary.The checker just looks like a plug and has lights which light up to clearly say what the polarity is. You simply plug it into one of your sockets when you have connected to the sites electricity.If the site has reverse polarity you just put the adapter on the end of your electricity cable then reconnect with the electricity supply. Really simple.Well worth taking, puts your mind at rest. Out of the 11 sites we used, 4 had reverse polarity, and they weren’t always the ones you’d expect! At least one was a large busy modern site, whereas a couple of the small rural sites were absolutely fine.
