My husband has a computer. He has Webroot Secure Anywhere antivirus on it. I have a computer of my own. I wanted to put Norton Security Deluxe & Norton Utilities Bundle on my computer. Why don't we just use the same program? I have used Norton in the past and like it and am used to the interface. Besides, I liked the fact I could put Norton on my iPhone and iPad as well. I did that today. And my husband came home to find out he could not connect to our family internet. We are not young people, but I understand computers far better than he does. He just gets pissed when he can't get his email. And I get the brunt of his pissedness. So I called Norton Chat. It took me TEN FRICKIN MINUTES to get Ivan (or some Russian name) to understand the problem. Then he kept insisting that there was a problem with MY end, that Norton was not seeing my husbands antivirus as an intrusion. WRONG, IVAN! Very long story short, once I removed Norton from everything, my husband could get on the internet, was once again his sunny self and life was good. Except I cant figure out how to get my money back. But I will...…..

Running High Sierra (macOS 10.13.x)Attempted to install it on my mac and can't get it to install. Researched their support articles and even other tech postings and no solutions to resolve or workaround the issue nor response from Symantec. Can't get a refund because I ordered the digital version. So I'm left with some useless software.

I have used Norton security software since 2001 and I like it a lot. It is easy to install and use, you just have to follow the instructions. My computer has never gotten a virus, adware, malware, or spyware. Norton works very well when and I am completely satisfied with their products.

It said that i needed Google as a browser. So I downloaded Google browser and it it still said it wasn’t compatible. So I don’t have the use of the norton toolbar.

Been using Norton Security Deluxe for a few years and am very satisfied. This digital down load was very easy to install.

I bought this program to use on both a Windows 10 PC and a MacBook Pro. It works beautifully on my PC, but does not work on my Mac. I would like to ask for a refund because it doesn't perform as advertised, but sadly there are no refunds for software

Could not download the software because the Amazon downloader is not compatible with Windows 10. Which I thought was ridiculous.I'm now waiting to be credited back so I can purchase the Norton software that I need to protect my laptop.
