Well designed, roomy… it’s pricey, but should last a decade or longer like my other Tumi stuff.

Bought this bag for my boyfriend as a birthmas gift. He absolutely loves it! He has an assortment of Tumi items and noticed he was using essentially trash bags to go back and forth from my place to his, so I splurged and got this for him. It’s extremely functional. Where most duffle bags are what you see is what you get, this bag is full of fun surprises. The bag expands in numerous ways to help facilitate when you may have over packed, and will come in handy when you travel with luggage since you can pull it through the luggage bag handle. This is definitely worth it if you don’t mind splurging a bit.

I needed a durable duffel bag to use as a second checked bag for long trips. I wanted it to have a trolley sleeve so it can ride on my 26 inch B&R spinner bag. The TUMI Alpha Double Expansion bag checks all the boxes for me. The ballistic nylon is beautiful and durable. The handles are well sewn. The zippers are smooth as butter. The top opens nice and wide with strong snaps on each side. There's a large front pocket as a bonus. I was on the fence due to the price, but I took a chance on a pre-owned one with a generous discount. It looks brand new to me, so I'm beyond happy. This one is an heirloom!

The bag is very roomy it can be expanded even more and very good quality. The only drawback is that the bag itself is heavy. It does not work well if you are going to carry it on top of a carry on bag because it will be top heavy and will cause it to fall over. It works well with a medium and large roller board.

The media could not be loaded. The interior has no pockets or compartments and thise are very necessary in any kind of onhand luggage. I am not satisfied.
