The 5 stars is for the product but
Carlson is always a quality product, so I expected and received just that.I seem to do better taking liquids and powders versus pills and I seem to benefit greater as well. This is why when my Doc said I need some vitamin B6, I went to liquid and you will certainly FEEL the benefits versus wondering IF you do by taking the tablets. With pills, I think it's harder on your system, which tries to break them down, then digest it, then get net benefit, and usually all you see from it is the bright colored urine?? The B vitamins usually make me nauseous if I don't balance taking them with food, so I have often given up on taking them.I think you will enjoy this product. If you are a person who takes your healthy Nasty Liquids, just add this to your regimen, and get your nasty cocktail regimen out of the way at once. I take a codliver oil, Vitamin D3, and some others and maybe put it/or them in a shot glass and get it out of the way.BTW, if you make yourself smoothies or even Green smoothies, and think you can add it to the smoothie in your blender, I tried it and didn't like it, so I stay with the morning shot glass routine. If you're looking for it to taste good; or not to taste bad - good luck. This isn't Gummy Bears. So, expect it to taste nasty. I keep a piece of juicy, yummy fresh fruit ready to grab and eat as soon as I'm done: pineapple chuncks, grapefruit or tangerine pieces, or something fresh - maybe a tart apple.I will buy again, just not anytime soon based on my budget and trying to finish up other supplements. But, I will buy again. If you're achey, tired, stressed, lacking in good sleep, depressed, anxious, jittery, can't think straight, maybe B vitamins are a good thing for you to try and if so, give yourself the 'straight shot' and try a (quality) liquid such as this one.

Energy, mood, improves motivation
I'm really careful about dosages, and don't like that most supplements give too much. With this liquid I can monitor my dosage perfectly.I put 3 drops into my juice in the morning (don't even notice it in my drink) and feel an improvement in energy, mood, and motivation to do things within 10 minutes. I'm considering giving up caffeine because of this. How I broke down the dosages:100 mg per 1/2 tsp. I broke this down to drops, because the RDA (which can be considered a minimum to prevent problems) is about 1-2 mg a day. There are about 50 drops in 1/2 tsp, and so 50 drops = 100 mg. So, 1 drop = 2mg.I want to take 6 mg a day, so I take 3 drops a day. I use a stainless steel straw and dip it into the bottle, then shake 3 drops into my drink. Works well for me (more alertness in the morning).I am going to buy a glass eye-dropper soon to use. It should fit on the bottle instead of the lid.56 and female and menopause takes a lot out of a person. I also had lots of nausea with my pregnancies (decades ago, of course), and wish it was known this can help, because I suspect it could have helped me given how well I'm responding to it now.I have taken B vitamin supplements in the past, but felt the dosages were just too high, so have switched to doses of B vitamins I can better control. Dr. Ray Sahelian is a good resource on keeping doses low and mind boosting supplements.

Perfectly Balanced, Not Overly Sweet
This B-6 supplement is also gentle on the stomach, which is a big plus for me. The taste is mild and not overpowering, making it easy to take. Overall, I highly recommend this product to anyone looking to support their nervous system and boost their vitamin B-6 intake!

B vitamins cause anger in some people
B vitamins make me angry and honestly I wouldn't have believed it until I was getting pissed about something that was very small and insignificant. I had started these supplements because I know B vitamins are usually very good for people. Helping in weight-loss, migraines, a million other things. Well I took them the last few days and I noticed this overwhelming anger or just unpleased feeling. So I just happened to google "B vitamins make me angry" and apparently it's a thing. In fact, they used to give a shot of B vitamins to roosters before cock fights back in the day, because not only did it give them energy, but they became way more violent. Luckily I am not as small as a rooster nor did I become violent. But I also didn't notice any jumps in energy with these drops. I did notice my headache went away but I have been chugging water today to get the b's out of my system so I can reclaim some normalcy, so it might just be the extra hydration. Hope that helps anyone else that thought they were imagining it. I will just have to get my b's through food like mother nature intended.

I could not swallow it the taste was awful to me.
If I could figure out how to ignore the taste, it would be fine

Worried about bad taste revolt? This worked for my 4 yr. old on Keppra...
My 4 yr. old son is taking Keppra, and it was suggested to add B6 (25mg twice per day) to help with the side effects. I searched far and wide to find something that didn't taste bad... gummies? No luck. We currently mix his apple flavored Keppra in with Apple Juice or Lemonade, and thought we would at least try this liquid B6. Normally, we only give watered down juices to our son, but when it comes to medicine, he needs at least 2oz of full strength juice/lemonade to mask the medicine. We don't even tell him it has medicine, and only once has he said anything (when I tried getting away with less juice).Masking any bad flavor has a lot to do with quantity. So for 2.5ml Keppra + 0.6ml B6, 2oz of Lemonade, Gatorade Fruit Punch, or Apple Juice seems to do the trick. It may take 8oz or more to mask higher doses, but I don't see how you can't accomplish this. Also... as Keppra comes in Apple flavor, we have the Target pharmacist add in additional apple flavor. We use 5oz dixie cups so my son feels like he is getting more than just a splash of juice in a larger cup.
