This was the first time I’ve ever purchased something with zero amazon revues (at the time). This was for a big work gala that was gatsby themed and I finally decided to pull the trigger on this one since every gatsby dress seemed to be identical online. I have to say, I’ve bought a TON of stuff on amazon (haven’t we all) and this dress could not have been more true to what was pictured. The material has the perfect amount of stretch and substantial thickness/structure. This event was out of state survivng being rolled up to/from in a suitcase along with dancing all night, and a lot of hugging (this was an award work event) from many inebriated co-workers. I think I maybe saw a total of 3 sequins on a floor or suitcase bottom!Fitting: I bought an x-small and am 5’10, 128 lbs for reference (only technically a giant) so it will definitely fit longer on most but the dress is short enough underneath I’d have been more than happy if it was a little longer. The front and the back were really low on me so I wore something under which easily covered the bra in the back without looking tacky and a little coverage for the girls in the front.Caution: Definitely find a strategy before using the ladies room due to all the fringe. That’s just a tip though and not the dress’s fault. Didn’t have any issues but did have a close call!

Literally I was leaving in 10 minutes for a Mardi Gras Fat Tuesday party, when I realized there was a package on the doorstep. I opened it, tried it on, and walked out the door with it on ! I normally have to do alterations because my hip/waist ratio is alot. If I buy big enough for my hips, then the waist is normally way too large. This dress is shaped for a curvy girl. I would recommend it. The fringes look great on the dance floor too.

So, I ordered this for the Mrs. TN pageant as my opening number dress needed to be silver and sequined. I am tall-ish (5’8) and I am a size 6 (true size medium) and a c cup. So I ordered the medium. — As you can see I’m happy with the fit- EXCEPT for 2 things- how short the hem ended (mid thigh, not at my knee like the model) AND the hem where the tassels start is NOT stretchy. It actually makes it really hard to move in the dress because it feels like my legs are tied together.Still a cute dress, and I’ll still use it... but these two things needed to be mentioned.

What a beautiful dress! I have not worn it out yet, but tried it on. I was SO excited to try it on, I didn't even finish getting undressed ... so enjoy my pic with leggings on! :D It fits perfectly. I'm normally a Medium, with 5'6 140lbs, 36B-25-40 and it fit great! The only negative I have is the zipper was very hard to put up and down. With fear of breaking it, I needed assistance from my (very willing) husband to unzip it.I can say one downside I can see for some other body sizes is this dress seems to show every curve.. If you want a sleek/smooth look especially over the butt, you may want to look into spanx to wear as well.

The dress would be hard to wear. The sequins are placed on the dress in a way that I could not put my arms all the way down because the sequins were badly scratching me in multiple spots. Additionally, zipping and unzipping the dress caused sequins to fall off. The sequins are so bright, I thought I was wearing a mirror. My daughter actually said it looked like a disco ball.

Took a chance and ordered online...im short an even 5 feet, small boobs but have a booty....i got a medium and was so surprised how good this dress looks. I love love it. Its beautiful. (Rose gold) Id like one in more colors. Cant wait to wear this on the girls night out i got it for. Fits curves but not like youre poured into it. Sitting is comfy...didnt seem to ride up while i danced around in it. Unique, good price, and looks great on if i do say so myself. Worth the purchase. Thank you!!!
