What can I say but yum?
Make sure to cut off the sinewy casing ends to prevent having one land on your plate. Unless you like extended chewing. The Spanish chorizo taste, strong and peppery, is excellent.

TRUE CHORIZOS
Great to have found these true tasting Chorizos. Hard to find the real deal taste here in Central Florida area. We love these in our Split Pea Soup !

Good flavor but remember to remove the casing.
I loved the chorizo but was not aware that I had to take off the paper wrapping that it comes in. It's not noticeable and I just cut the pieces I was using and when I went to eat it I realized it was still in paper casing. But otherwise, it's a fabulous chorizo.
