Product was hard to use the mix was to thick to drip

Disappointed as difficult to use.
Delivered super quick, packaging perfect, smelled and tastes great however found it impossible to use, was like royal icing and went hard when heated. Three attempts, one as per bottle instructions and two attempts at lower heating times, all three ended up solid before going near the cake.
