Truly complete food based.
This is the first vitamin D supplement I’ve taken that feels truly complete. It’s food-based and includes vitamin K2 and reishi mushroom, which makes it easier on the body and more effective. Since I started taking it, my mood and energy have been more steady, especially during grey or low-sunlight days.It doesn’t give a sudden boost—just a natural lift that lasts through the day. Take these daily, I can't advise of any benefits I have seen from this product but from a practical perspective, they're easyt to swallow and taste isn't crazy (and unlike some vitamins I don't get flourescent pee!)

Vit D in food matrix
I like that this supplement is from a vegan source and prepared in a food matrix. Other Vit D supplements I've tried have disagreed with me, but been taking these for over a week and so far no problems.The capsules are small, tasteless and easy to swallow. Can't tell yet if they are having the hoped for benefits of improved immunity.Delivery was straightforward, no delays. The bottle is excessively large for the number of capsules contained.Update: after a few weeks this started to upset my stomach like all other Vit D supplements I have tried, so had to stop taking them ☹
