This stuff is amazing!
If you have dog allergies this is a game changer. I have a hypoallergenic dog but 3 days after bathing my sinusitis kicks in, even with an air purifier running 24 hours a day and being brushed everyday. My daughter brushes him on the 3rd day and rubs the Allerpet all over him. It makes a huge difference. My nose is not irritated. There is no “cover up” perfumed smell. The irritating dander is gone and I can enjoy my puppy.

Miracle product
This stuff works GREAT. I use the burts bees wipes on kitty daily, and then put this generously on the wipes for a full clean about every 5 days as needed. This stuff actually works and neutralizes or gets rid of the dander - I can put my face right up to kitty after she has been wiped down and no reaction! The mitt that comes with it is kinda useless/gross imo. It obviously gets covered in fur and it is hard to wash by hand - if you are allergic you will react when washing it. And, I’m not going to contaminate my laundry with cat dander. I don’t mind using both. But, I’m only using those because of the application and and ease of daily maintenance- If this brand had wipes I would use just those instead.

Seems to work well
Definitely works! I have gone from triggered asthma to almost no allergies at all. However she HATED the mitt. I just put it in my hands and massage it in her fur. She likes that much better. Unfortunately it takes quite a bit to dampen the whole cat. I’ve gone through half a bottle in about 6 uses.

Sprayer is a total waste!
I just got the dog dander remover, mitt and sprayer today from Amazon. The sprayer is worse than useless: I have to lift the lever mechanically with the few sprays that I actually accomplish. What a waste of time, energy, and money. I ended up pouring the remover onto the mitt instead of spraying. I hope that the dander remover works better than the stupid excuse for a sprayer!! Time and my allergies will tell.

Helps with rabbit allergies!
Love this product! Its amazing for cleaning dander off my holland lop rabbit! I do it every other day immediately after I vacuum and wipe down his cage to make sure a fresh bunny is going into a clean cage. He's had no GI/stasis problems since being exposed to it and doesn't seem bothered by the mild scent. I also use it to clean off his face and paws whenever he gets a particularly dusty batch of hay that makes him sneeze. I taught him to enjoy the cleaning sessions by associating them with fresh greens like kale and parsley and making him think he's just getting pets. I clean his butt and tail last, since he's not a huge fan of that part :)I use enough product to dampen his fur and then use the microfiber cloth in both directions to make sure I really get the dander out. I'm considering putting the product in a small a spray bottle because a lot of it seems to go to waste (gets sucked up into the microfiber cloth rather than going into his fur). Its helped decrease my allergies by about 40% so I still depend on regular cleaning, keeping him litter trained, running a HEPA filter near the bunny 24/7, running my robot vacuum daily, using a shop vac with a HEPA filter, an anti-allergen cage cleaner, anti-allergen upholstery spray, and anti-allergen laundry detergent. I wash the microfiber cloth with the anti-allergen laundry detergent 2-3 times a month. I know that sounds like overkill but I'm SUPER allergic and it's the only way for me to prevent asthma attacks and keep my little guy inside!

Works Well on Bunnies
I purchased this to help with my son’s allergies to our two dwarf house bunnies. My son is allergic to both the bunnies, and their hay. I’m not sure the Allerpet spray is helping yet. I do know that I need to reapply it more frequently than I have been to our bunnies’ coats. They don’t seem to mind me working it into their coats with the mit. Actually, they seem to love that part. The microfiber mit works great on them. The product scent is mild, not overpowering. I think it is a good product and will continue to use it.

I can’t say one way or other. Read review.
Found out I’m allergic to cats. Great! (Sarcasm) I have two! One short haired and one medium length. Can’t get rid of them becuase short haired one I’ve had since she was 3-4 weeks old and had to bottle feed. The other I probably could but she’s just the sweetest. So allergist told me to buy this. I did. I honestly can’t say whether it works or not. Its a pain to put on them. You have to rub it on and supposed to get down to the skin area. First time I was able to do 3/4 of my short haired cat and medium length haired cat almost 1/2 of her. Now the medium length hair cat runs as soon as she sees the container. The short haired cat would rather try to take my arm off than let her rub this on her. Then there is the problem that you have to put it on every week. My cats think water or anything wet is absolutely the worst thing in the world. So for these reasons I am givng it 4 stars only. I might try it in a spray bottle and probably end up with more on the floor but might as well use the rest. I decided not to keep using this. Instead I bought air purifiers. So much easier! LOL
