If this came in small group sizes for gifts to give out, I'd buy it! We have been finding this very helpful for our busy lives. Keeping us calm with all the demands and multitasking at runny our successful businesses and family! We gifted this to all our helpers at work and special education teacher who we adore. My Mum in Canada beat a rare disorder and took this so she shared her advice of taking AOR Advanced B Complex with us. I've sent this to my brother and my Dad. In stressful times I take one with food in the morning and I find we can handle whatever without going over the top. I'm a better Mum, friend and producer throughout my day. Excellent product. Superior to other B complex vitamins for those of us who need extra support in our fight to conquer adrenal/thyroid issues. It has more of certain B vitamins that aren't available in the right amounts in other b complexes for those of us with the these issues. I always notice a difference when I take it properly.Plus this product is readily bioavailable.....less stress on the liver and more assurance that you are getting the B vitamins you need and paid for.

Very expensive but they work well and I only take one of the three pills daily.

Well, I have only been taking it for a couple days and I can tell a difference, I don't feel as hungry and for me that's a big thing, so it must be filling some need. The only difference between this and others is the different type of B-1 in it, as I was already using one that had the others like it is. Just know this -- it does NOT smell to high heaven like most B vitamins do, so it has to be the different B1 used. At any rate, it is definitely helping me out in ways the other b-complexes could not, I just feel more "settled". Hope they never change the ingredients or how they process it. The capsules are darkish green. I almost didn't buy it, thinking it wouldn't be that different, but am glad I did.

These B vitamins are easy to digest and work great! I noticed that any cuts or scrapes heal much faster when I take this product.

This is the best vitamin company around. Worth every penny. they use the best forms of the vitamins, at proper doses.

Made me extremely agitated and physically uncomfortable even when I only took one pill.
