Delicious but be careful of the bottle cap!
I'm retired and I decided to teach myself how to prepare authentic Asian dishes. Just learning about the different sauces and seasonings is a steep learning curve but I've had a life-long love of learning and a local Chinese take-out is always very willing to answer my questions. Sometimes it's a little difficult because I may have a little trouble understanding their heavy accent and they may not understand me, but they're patient and have given me a lot of suggestions ("ahh...yuzu...that's very good!") I think of them and smile every time I use it.I'd bought another brand that didn't have a bright flavor like I thought it should and I really enjoy this one. I only started using this one after I finished the other brand; I've used it with vegetables (especially roasted asparagus or Brussels sprouts), fish, chicken, even a little in fried rice. I've even added it to Instant Pot Jasmine rice. Anything that I'd add lemon or lime juice seems to taste better with yuzu juice instead. There's only one big issue that I don't think deserves taking away a star but it's something that deserves a warning. First, I like that it's in a glass bottle rather than a plastic. However, the second issue is the cap. I always make sure a cap and snap top is tightened after using a product but despite this I dropped the bottle while holding it during a refrigerator clean-out and in the seconds it took to pick it up the cap had popped open and almost the whole bottle emptied on the floor. Yuzu isn't cheap, I the bottle was almost full. I live on a Social Security income so I have a very tight budget, and this was upsetting. Oh, well...I'll just have to wait until next month to replace it.

Arrived slightly leaking.
Arrived leaking slightly, the bottle was wet inside the envelope. When I opened the cap, the plastic seal cap that you pull the ring to remove, was still intact. This means the lid isn’t leakproof if it’s leaking even with the thick plastic pop-off seal still completely intact. The writing on the label is completely in Japanese, which is fine, it’s a Japanese product, but I’d like to see that the product is checked by the USDA and confirmed to be organic; otherwise I could be paying more for a product that isn’t actually organic and isn’t even labelled as such except for the Amazon listing. Because I can’t read the label there’s no way to know unless I translate the entire label.I removed a star for the leaky bottle, this stuff is expensive, I’d prefer not to lose a tablespoon worth of product due to a poor cap/bottle pairing by the manufacturer.

Citris delight
I used this as the substance for a moch mojito. It was perfect with a few drops of monk fruit sweetener, and some mint. Refreshing on a hot summer day.

Pretty good, but there's better! #2 of 4 yuzu juices compared
I've tried four different yuzu juices from Amazon, and I've had yuzu many times. In order of best to worst, Brand (id you can search by):Hikarishokuhin (B09TP39FXQ)LAUSAC (B07PDQ8VGT)Shirakiku (B09G4HXTGK)ヒカリ (B07SRRHVHG)This yuzu juice tastes pretty good, but there's also little particles in it. I prefer the first one on my list which costs around the same, or if you're looking for value, the Shirakiku is about the same quality as this one.

A Decent Substitute for Fresh Yuzu Juice
I have been looking all over for yuzu fruit for a month now, to no avail, and I decided to buy this bottled juice so that I could make a particular recipe. While I had to use more than I expected, the dish had the flavor it was supposed to. Yes, it would have been better to use fresh juice; however, this ended up being a good enough substitute. I like that the company uses a glass bottle instead of a plastic one.I don't like the price, but I like the product.Until I find a source of fresh fruit, I'm going to be buying this in the future. Just one word of warning: the label doesn't contain a single word of English.-- Debbie Lee Wesselmann

Very Delicious!
This Yuzu tastes amazing, and I'm glad I was able to find it on Amazon. It's sour but does not taste like lemon juice; it has its own distinct flavor. It's exactly what I had in Japan. I probably paid 3x the actual price, but it's so worth it. Also, it arrived fast and in great packaging.

first press quality
This juice is a great product for the price. Yuzu juice is not cheap no matter how you look at it. This juice has gret flavor and is concentrated (but not from concentrate), not watered down. A good choice for the price.

interesting citrus flavor for drinks
I love yuzu. it's a citrus flavor I didn't experience until I was an adult on a visit to Japan. These days, I find other concentrates in Asian stores. It's great in place of lime in drinks, with a Coke, or to liven up a glass of water, etc. It doesn't keep perfectly, though, even refrigerated. It's good to see it available like this for folks who don't live in a place with a Asian grocery store; and it's worth it if you don't. Very nice stuff.
