Great product, use it on my back deck to feed 4 outdoor cats. I’ve adjusted it to 3 feedings a day, portions so the cats eat everything between feedings. That way I have no unwanted guests coming around to eat too. Very easy to program or change time or portions. Cats are happier too and no longer scratching on the door because I forgot to feed them. Saving money don’t buy as much cat food as when I had a big self feeder. All the neighbors cats were over eating 24/7 😂.

I have two cats and I needed to be away for a full day. I feed them a little 3 times a day and didn't want to ask anyone to come so often. I set the feeders up several days early and started trying them out. The instructions are pretty clear if you use both the text and the pictures as you work with the devices to set them up. I will be using them all the time as they like their morning meal really early and now they are not pestering me at 5:30! So far they work as describe by the seller and I've had no problems. I've had them just under 2 weeks, so far I am happy. One more thing, if you unplug them, they return to the default settings. I put batteries in and think I can move them now if I need to without having to reprogram the settings. I haven't tried it yet.

This pet feeder works great. Instructions need to be written better, but it wasn't that hard to figure out. Nutra nuggets dog food which is 1/2" triangles used with no issues. Serving size is 4 serving = 1 cup. Very easy to clean. Lid locks securely and the feeder is well made. This auto feeder works much better than wifi auto feeder.

We bought this so we could leave for a long day, or a weekend, and not have to ask friends or family to feed our little man Pauly. He took to it right away. As soon as he hears my wife's voice on the recording he's flying through the house to the feeder. It holds enough food you could leave for a week and with battery backup power no worries about electricity going out. It's also a very attractive unit and looks fine in any room in the house. It also dispenses the food quietly another must for us.

I did a lot of research before buying this product. My cat is very vocal about begging for food first thing in the morning and throughout the day. In order to keep her quiet but not feed her too much I have to feed her many tiny meals throughout the day. This feeder feeds four meals a day and you can decide what time each meal is given. The feeder holds a decent amount of food so you don't have to refill it very often and the lid seals so bugs haven't gotten into it. Also my cat has not figured out how to break into it and she knows how to open everything. Each portion can be as small as 1/8 of a cup which is ideal. Now my cat doesn't wake me up in the morning and she doesn't annoy me as soon as I walk in the door after work. Also I can leave her alone over the weekend without having to leave a ton of food out and worry about her getting fat or sick. I Love this feeder. It is easy to use, it does exactly what I need it to, it looks nice, and it is a good price.

I was sceptical at first, but this device works as advertised. My boxer was so afraid of it the first few times, but hearing the recording of my voice helped her acclamate. Now she seems to know the times of day it despenses and dogs love their routines. I have a small galley kitchen and it is a real space saver too.

Controls are a bit finicky to set things up; there's a lot of buttons, and programming feed cycles is a "hold this button, press that button to toggle value" type thing. It'll remind you of programming a VCR :) The USB cable that provides power is not well protected, and the cats cat can easily unplug it from the unit. It does support "D" cell batteries for backup operation, but no smaller batteries for just storing configuration, so if power is lost it needs re-setup. At least, mine did :) The wall wart that the USB cable plugs into is fairly obtrusive as well -- sticks straight out, with the cable sticking out from there. We've had to anchor it to keep the cats from unplugging it by walking on it. Feed wise, it works well. Have had no issues with the cats blocking distribution of food; it can be setup to do 1-n food distributions multiple times per day, which works well. Does NOT have an "out of food" alarm that I can find, but the cats seem to trigger their own alarm within a few hours anyway. Cats (2, 6 months old now) have not been able to knock it over, but they HAVE moved it several feet across the floor. They also haven't been able to get into the food hopper.

The setup was very simple and I like that I can use the manual button when my cats yell at me because they can't wait until the next feeding time to eat. Each portion is small, probably about 2 tablespoons or an 1/8th of a cup of kibble per portion, so I've got 4 portions for breakfast and dinner, and 2 portions for lunch and sometime in the middle of the night. The convenience is great because now I can feed my cats before 5am without getting out of bed.
