Terrible shipping, turntime, and product satisfaction
After ordering this product on June 4th, it FINALLY arrived today on JULY 30th! And when it did arrive, it couldn't be put together as it was packaged so poorly that the bottom of the arm that connects to the base had the wood split so it could not be connected together. It was just poor packaging wrapped over and over with packing tape versus actually "packaged" for overseas shipping.After ALL THIS TIME to finally have it arrive only for it to be broken is TERRIBLE service!
