I gets hot
I’ve only had a chance to to use it once since I got it, it worked fine and I was happy.

Small enough to handle easily. Great to use on short hair. Curls just enough to give a soft look. Small enough to put in a carryon for trips.

I absolutely love this curing brush because I have very short hair ...
I absolutely love this curing brush because I have very short hair and 1/2 in. curling brushes are VERY hard to find. It gets hotter than other brands of brushes and I have several Helen of Troy brushes. My only complaint is just like everyone else's. The blue tip gets loose and then comes off completely and then the rows of bristles come flying off of the iron!! Without the tip on the curling brush it is really useless. The end of the brush without the blue tip is very hot and you cannot use it. I have used Super Glue trying to glue the blue tip back on the brush and it lasts only a couple of times and then it goes flying off and I'm right back where I started-- with no blue tip! I have other brands of curling brushes that don't get near as hot and their tips do not come off!! PLEASE PLEASE do something about this problem. I know it can be done!!

Just the right size but one minor fault
It is very hard to find 1/2-inch brush curling irons in stores, so it was great to get this one for such a reasonable price online. It feels like a solid and well-made iron. The one small issue is that the ink on the handle rubs off. I noticed it the second time I used it. So a covered the area with a small strip of clear tap so the marks indicating "High, Low, and Off" would not disappear altogether as did the name "Helen of Troy" which was also on the handle. The handle does not get hot, so the tape seemed a safe solution. The manufacturer should fix this problem.

Curling iron.
I just opened this curling iron and the teeth keep coming out, resulting in burning the back of me neck, my ears, my temple, my face. There must be something wrong with it. Can you help me, please. Are you going to do anything about this faulty curling iron?
