The quality of the glasses was not what I was led to be confident in. The lipped edges of the glasses were not quality smoothe as the competitors e.g., Bodum. Respectfully given their low cost the product was acceptable enough for personal use, not for gifting.UPDATE: Several glasses interior surface have cracked. I don't understand because I "never" use any of them in microwave nor freezer nor refrigerator environments. But still a few have cracked and broken. 😔😪 I should have gone with name brand I was used to purchasing - Bodum$$$. From here on I will stick to my 46yo Standard Rule: "Quality OVER Pricing."

I loved these glasses but after 2 weeks the inside liner broke on one! Tried to reach the company but info they sent with the product was discontinued!

I love these! They don’t sweat (no coasters) also I think they keep drinks colder or hotter longer. They just feel good in your hands. You must carefully load in to dishwasher but they are sturdy. I recommend to people who have furniture they are worried about.

The insulation broke within 7 days of use. Good idea bad execution.

Returned, one of the glasses was broken.My second order was for the brand “BODUM” not TRANSTONE. Bodum Is the brand I wanted. Service was just fine, the glasses are great, thanks for getting then to me so quickly. The 5 star is for BODUM!
