Purchased more of these in different colors after a great day of ice fishing for walleye. Were using other lures but they hit these the most.

This is a great spoon for trolling and casting for rainbow trout. With this larger size I have caught slightly fewer but larger fish and since its a small heavy lure it can be cast a long way out there. I caught many fish on the first one I tried before finally giving it up to a tree. Since these are a hard lure to find, I came to amazon to get more. I have seen these a little cheaper at other places but rarely are they in stock. My only complaint is that after a while the rattle fell out of mine but it still caught fish. The green back, with gold side red belly, on a gold back has been my favorite and most productive color pattern. I have found I hook more fish if I bend the barbs out slightly but be careful or these hard red hooks will break if you go too far.

Used on leech lake in minnesota. Worked great!

Little small wanted larger ones, but I have caught catfish, large and small mouth, strpper and hybrid, sunfish and crappie. Hooks are little weak and had to replace them.
