Spears Manufacturing 848-005 Series 848 PVC Pipe Fitting, Cap, Schedule 80, 1/2" NPT Female

I use these to cap off sprinkler heads that I dont need. We recently reconfigured our garden and I needed to cap off the 2 heads in there. These screw on perfectly.

It's a good cap but you only get one. I did not realize this until it came. Other vendors offer up to 10 caps for the same cost. It was a disappointment.

Good quality. For some reason I thought these were going to be black based on how they looked on my phone. They're not... a very dark grey. That's okay. Only giving four stars because the cap has the manufacturer's info stamped all over it, which distracts from their appearance.

Replaced an old sprinkler with this. Worked perfectly. No leaks.

It broke, resulting in a leak in my water system. do not recommend

I've been changing out my sprinklers to drip and this kind of cap has been very helpful in shutting down unnecessary heads on the system.
