Baker'sPremium White Chocolate Baking Bar (4 oz Boxes, Pack of 12)

Worked great for my recipe (white chocolate cinnamon toffee). Melted smoothly, nice rich flavor-actually has cocoa butter as an ingredient, as opposed to the vanilla flavored white "baking chips" you find in the 12 oz. bags. Good price too.

Product is fine; however, expiration date on all bars is close. Ordered a box on 12.25.2020 and expiration date is 05.22.2021; five months. Problem is that White Chocolate is in short supply and am allergic to regular chocolate.

I like Baker's. I thought I'd like the dozen. When I got them, after opening several that were spoiled and had to be thrown away, I found a couple that were okay. It put me off of using them for months. Then I just opened one and it was growing some kind of seaweed green stuff. The next one was okay. I don't know if this is the same seller, though the link in my order history comes here. I won't be buying this again. Baker's chocolate is good, however, for homey kinds of treats, and very easy to use.

So this came completely melted and reformed - but even without that happening it still tasted horrible. It has a weird coconut flavor to it and it just is unappealing. Would the flavor be better if there was no melting? Perhaps. But I don't believe enough in it to order it again in colder weather. Overall a MAJOR pass - and it is a shame because it is cheaper!

Great taste and melts smooth

I use Baker's White Chocolate to make Peppermint Bark and White Chocolate Peppermint Fudge.

Excellent, especially for people who have allergies to nuts. I use them for many things, like things for Easter. I recently made 75 crosses for Confirmation parties. The one thing that I don't like is that once the item is made, it begins to soften. I have to keep them in the freezer until they are ready to use.
