Not very comfortable
The anterior thoracic adjusting wedge, while looks nice, does nothing to protect your knuckles when adjusting. Does provide a nice deep adjustment though.

Way too much money for this tool. Doesn’t even work in my opinion.
It hurts my hand even more than before!
