Terrible Customer service, no worthwhile product guarantee.
Passes all responsibility off to the original product manufacturer. I don't know if what I received was old, or just defective; but the response to my concern that using the fluids made my calibration worse, not better was first to say, "I'll ask American Marine," then to respond (after I followed up again a week later) that, "it must be your probe." That is the extent of this seller's response to a quality/problem inquiry. Even if it idoes end up being my probe somehow, this was terrible customer service. They may as well have grunted thier responses as well.

Should have not had to buy this
I just bought Amer. Pin's calcium monitor for something like 250 bucks and it came with very tiny calibration bottles. I have only had the thing a month and already had to buy these. The monitor has to be calibrated after a few uses and they should give you the larger bottles like these in the first place. This is something Microsuft would do to their customers!!!!!!!!
