Simply Chicken

This is a great reference for all types of quick and tasty meals made with chicken. It is made for the "on the go" person who enjoys cooking - but not extensively - and variety in their meals. There is an extensive variety here from soup and stir-fry to BBQ and holiday meals, and I haven't found one "unsavory" recipe. Only detractor is the lack of an index. I use sticky tabs for my favorites to work around the isssue. Book is beautifully illustrated and has precise measurements and directions. Well done
