This has definitely helped my gut and bile issues. I just ordered another bottle. I did start by taking 1/3 of the recommended dosage am working my way up to the recommended amount.

Designs for Health is a top rated and researched organization. Recommended by nutritionists. The ingredients on the label are on the inside of the bottle. Not true of many supplements.

This product helped me in the way expected I was pleased.

This is a great formula and works as long as your B12 levels are normal. But if they aren’t - it can potentially raise your homocysteine levels because this formula has 150mg of L-methionine, and supplementing with it can increase the flux through the methionine cycle, which in turn could increase the demand for B12 to recycle homocysteine back into methionine. Watch out for high homocysteine levels or just add liquid B12 to your stack to be proactive.

This product helped my gallbladder. I no longer gave any pain

I have IBS & I had a gall bladder removed and this product has really helped with the type of bowl problems that both these issues can cause. It doesn't eliminate the problems totally but it makes my life much better. I recommend trying it.

I have been on tons of Designs for health, Thorne, and pure encapsulation supplmeents this year. Many just throw b6 in there like crazy. Well I started getting sick on my Innate daily multi, then I got sick on this. Then I asked my regular md to test my b6 levels, and they were off the chart (over 30 ng/ml) I then got tingling in my hands from this and the multivitamin. I wish companies woulnt put b6 in soooo many supplements. In the multi, in livercleanse, in sam-e, in many others. B6 is not a cure all! This may help some and I dont like negative reviews for things, but this must be addressed to help others. Dont take this , and a multi and other supplement with b6 for a year, it will add up. If you get tingling/numbness in hands after taking multi or this, get your b6 blood levels tested!

Great product. I recently had my gall bladder removed. This is the only products that helps with acid reflux. Eliminating bile buildup. Can't do without.

These really help with gallstones.
