Easy to fit to the wall and good looking. The gauge of the hose is narrower than expected, but the pressure is good. I will probably change the spray gun as it feels a bit flimsy, but overall I’m very pleased with it especially for the price

Nice quality and very reasonable price- so easy to use. Compact and also looks good. I'd highly recommend this labour saving product. Compact and looks great too. Positioned it over my garden sink. Now to give the si k a tody and wash away brick dust! Great product- love it.

Build quality looks good but I have a big concern on the tube being kinked
Mmmm. I think this is going to be a problem, the hose that you attach to your tap has a significant kink/fold in which is going to cause a problem with water pressure. Does anyone else have this issue, can you confirm if it indeed caused a problem? Otherwise the quality appears to be excellent and instructions for fitting look very straightforward I particularly like the fact that the whole unit can easily be slid off and stored for the winter but that kink in the tube is concerning

Hose
It's a nice size not to big or small for what I want, it fitted in a little alcove just in side my garage door perfectly, plus its on a bracket that allows it to fold away when not in use and with a10m hose pulls out plenty far enough to wash the cars. It's nicely hidden from those ice winter days so the hose doesn't freeze either.

Won’t retract. Used once successfully and then it refused to reel itself back in.
Looks very smart. Paid a handyman to drill it onto my house wall. Used it once to test it and it retracted fine. Next evening I extended it to its fullest to reach my front garden and then found it wouldn’t retract. Several people have had a go with no success. Nothing on UTUBE about this problem. Have contacted the seller…..,..
