No Manual or Instructions on how to install.
Beautiful fan. The manual was not included. The remote box is very hard to put in top piece. Because of that we sent back, but if I could have figured out how to get it in I would have loved it.

Good fan, but there are no switch for rotation direction
Good fan, but it can only rotate in one direction. There are no switch of rotation direction and there is nothing about this on its description in the Amazon web. Very bad for this product. I do not recommend this fan.

Well as we can't install it and obviously we can't use it I can tell if it works good.
The fan is beautiful, i love it but the panel for a remote in the receiver is the incorrect. My husband called and they sent a instructions but still not help. We have to return it.

Difficult to wire
Very difficult to wire. We finally gave up and returned
