GoingPower 9 cell Battery for LENOVO FRU 42T4751 42T4755 42T4791 42T4793 42T4795 42T4702 - 18 Months Warranty [li-ion 9-cell 6600MAH]

I purchased this battery about a year-and-a-half ago, and about three weeks before the warranty expired it stopped holding a charge. Other batteries will charge just fine in my laptop, but this battery will not take or hold a charge in my laptop or any other in which I've tested it. I contacted GoingPower shortly after it died, but before the warranty expired, but over a week and three messages later, I haven't gotten any response from them.Minus two stars for the battery completely dying after 17 months, and minus another two stars for poor customer service.

The battery came well packaged against damage, arrived sooner than I expected and fit the laptop well,plugged in charger to bring to full charge and then began using it, I have had no issues with this item.

Battery life exceeds significantly the original equipment on this ThinkPad. Battery has 1/3 more capacity with only a slight increase in computer size/profile.
