Q: I'm going to ask a dumb question. How do you get the bit out of the sleeve easily? I have to use pliers to yank the bit out.

After searching all over the internet for an answer, here's how I finally did it: Hold the rear of the bit with pliers, and hold the magnetic sleeve with another pliers. Pull them apart using a twisting motion. They should then come apart. After you pull them apart initially, they should separate fairly easily by hand without using pliers.

Q: How do you get the bit out? It is impossible..

Leave the bit in the drill/impact and pull off the tip. It's snug at first. Needs a little break in

Q: Does the bit come with the sleeve or is this only the sleeve?
