Homedics is better
Was quite excited to receive this but it wasn't good at all, the balls kept making a creaking and knocking noise and the ball kept coming out of place. Sent it back for a refund and ordered an homedics one instead which is much much better

Good value for money
I bought this cushion, having tried a similar one from a different brand that was 4 times more expensive.As expected, the more expensive product appears more sturdy, but this cheaper solution is truly good value for money.The massage is surprisingly strong, the heat element is not blazing hot, but hot enough to soothe aching muscles.Overall I 'm very happy with my purchase, especially for the price paid (16.70 pounds)

Bad quality
not enough pressure and the cushion isn't comfortable. Will definitely invest in a home-medics one nest time, even though there isn't much price difference when the home medics is on offer!!

A lot better than I thought it would be have to remind myself not to use too much but could be tempted as it really works.

Great buy
I had previously borrowed one of these cushions from a friend and liked it so much I got myself one. Have problems with my back now and then , and this product is great. The heat setting is a fab bonus. the 20 min shut off is good . I would recommend this product to anyone with back problems or anyone in need of a massage
