Ladder Toss & Ladder Golf Set - 2 Portable 3ft Tall Ladders, 3 Bolos, & 3 Child Safe Soft Bolos

We just received this, and it is exactly what we have been trying to find for ages. It is a high quality, lightweight ladder toss at the same price as the pvc models. I have gone through a few pvc models, and they are always a nightmare because the pvc bends and the sets are much less stable. This set solves all those problems, as it has a lightweight wood construction.The ladder toss always sets up without any crooked rows as common with the pvc set. And when the balls hit the ladder set, it is sturdy enough that it does not budge. The leg construction on this model is much better than the square of pvc other models use to stand up. As a result, we never worry about the set falling, shaking, or even moving.The fact that the set ins't a bunch of pvc tubes and caps also means the item doesn't occasionally fall apart when in a game.Finally, they had both hard balls and softer ones for children, which was convenient and safe. We also ended up tailgating in a parking lot with the set, so the soft balls came in use for the inebriated adults as well.

The assembly is very easy and it looks nice, however it is very cheaply made. Within a few days of it being on my covered patio it started to literally fall apart. I would not recommend this product.

I have seen and played many ladder ball games. This game falls short on the quality and even the understanding of the game in general.First of all: This is not real wood. It is made from laminated particle board.Next: It comes with (2) sets of White Bolas. If you have ever played this game before, you know you cannot play with 2 sets of bolas of the same color. Let me explain... You each toss your bolas at the Ladder and then you add the score. If both players have the same color bolas you will not be able to tell the score with 6 white bolas on the Ladder.It also come with 2 sets of yellow soft bolas, which are a joke. They are so light and squishy you can barely throw them.To wrap this all up the box it was shipped in looked like it had been shipped/returned/shipped/returned etc.. The box was all beat up and re-taped closed it...I am returning this game as well, so if you order it, you might get the same one I had.

This set is made of wood but not very strong. The ladders are plastic and have to be screwed into the sides with inserts. Some of these ladders have poorly constructed inserts. One of the ladders didn't have a proper insert to screw in to the sides. Also, spot where the legs are screwed together is weak and move when a player takes a turn. After each turn the sides have to be straightened, It is a fun game but this is not a sturdy set at all.

Have not gotten to play it yet, been to cold and snowy outside but I love the fact it had for adult as well as a child's balls

I ordered this to use at a company picnic. The ladders were very easily assembled with no tools. Very fun game that everyone could play with little instruction. Held up great and comes apart easily for storage.

I do not recommend this item at all. I read other reviews and purchased it on the few ratings I saw. I am sorry to say, we are extremely disappointed in this. I had high hopes. We played it for an hour and it started falling apart. We ended up making our own modifications to it to keep the thing together. For the price I paid, I expected it would at least last through the summer. Summer isn't even here yet... Don't waste your money.

This product is made poorly. We purchased this for adult use only and have used it maybe 5 times.It is stored indoors and in a climate controlled location.The ladder rungs are cracking and 3 of the bolos are broken (string separated from the plastic ball.) Overall, we are very disappointed with the product. Upon contacting the seller about the product we were told that items can only be returned for exchange/refund after 10 days and defective merchandise after 30 days plus a 10% restocking fee and return shipping costs. Paying $50 for something made this poorly and with such bad customer service prompted me to write this review.
