OK
Decently priced for a longer, expandable garden hose. Our 10th over the period of 5yrs. Arrived on time and was ready to use. Wished for stronger and more durable outside liner packing as the hose already showed some wear and tear in its first week of usage. Still, the retractable feature is excellent as the hose can be stored out of sight with minimal area to cover.

It works!
Used 3 or 4 times, and so far it works great! I will come back if I have any of the issues that others have mentioned, like it suddenly explodes.OK It started leaking badly last week, and is now unusable, even with duct tape. Well, it was good for a while. ShrugLess than one season of use, so good at the beginning. Crappy at the end, That gets downgraded to 3 stars.

Fair quality hose
Originally rated 5 stars...Arrived quickly, is easy to handle and put away, even at 100'UPDATE 7/18/15 Changed to 3 stars...after using this for 2 months, holes have sprung up in a few places. I have only dragged the length over grass...no rocks or other obstructions that would have caused this. Even has leaks near both ends at the nozzles. In it's 3 month now...even more holes :-(

Not a great hose at all, but better than going through shoulder surgery with regular hoses
This hose and others like it made by other companies are known to blow out at either end. This is my 5th one. The other 4, - 2 by this company and 2 black ones by "Flex Hose" company have reliably blown out within 2 months. I keep buying it because the normal hoses are heavy for me and hurt my shoulder to the point I could've had surgery after pulling them around so long. To me it is worth it to keep replacing it than to go through surgery. However, I fail to understand why this problem cannot be fixed in these hoses. It does make a difference how quick it blows on how much you turn on the water flow. I have found that only turning the hose about 30% of what I would other hoses delays the inevitable, but they still blow out. So if you are looking for a reliable long lasting hose - don't buy it. If you are trying to avoid surgery and don't mind spending the money to replace them a couple of times each summer, then get it. Another tip, don't wear nice clothes when using it because it can blow at any time and ruin your outfit.

Happy with product and customer service
This hose really fit the bill. I need 100' to reach the car in the driveway, but not for my daily watering. Dealing with 100' of regular hose would be out of the question and arthritis makes attaching and reattaching hoses very painful. This works very well. It's light weight and easy to manage. I have another (different brand) 50' expandable hose attached to the same water outlet via a splitter, and I like the water pressure I get from this one much better. I had a problem with the one I ordered and it was after the 30 days for return. Their customer service was exceptional. They responded very quickly and sent a replacement immediately. Overall I'm very satisfied with the hose and exceptionally impressed with the company's customer service. As an aside, I have been using various brands of expandable hoses since they came out. I have not found any of them to be really durable. None are lasting more than a season or two so I've pretty much come to grips with the need for frequent replacement in tradeoff for the advantages of an expandable hose. The main disadvantage, of course, is that unlike regular hoses, you can't just wind a pile of waterproof tape over a leak or cut the hose and reattach the fittings when they leak at the source. That said, I think this one is a really good price for 100', it had great expansion for water pressure, it's easy to manage the 100', it's green, and it doesn't kink. (I think I just talked myself into ordering another one of these hoses for the front of the house.)

This product Need to improve, too easy to broke.
I bought a pair for my mom & her neighbor. They both love them. Very Light to move this 100 feet around from front yard to back yard & huge space saver. After 1 month, they were broken. Another neighbors also complained their hose broken after 1 month use. Now it's confirmed, this hose so useless & very low of quality. Dawn, it must MADE IN CHINA again LOL"DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM CHINA" CHEAP LABOR = CHEAP STUFFS LOL

So far it's almost a winner!
I just opened this product today and starting using it. I love that I can now easily walk around my yard and water each plant without fighting kinks, and a heavy hose to maneuver around every pot and plant. I cannot get the spray attachment to not leak, but I am going to try some plumbers take on it and see if that works. The concern I have it that the attachments are all plastic. I'm not sure their exact name, but where you screw the hose into the faucet is plastic, and where the water comes out of. I can't imagine that this will hold up well, especially in 100+ temps we get in Houston. I'll update my review once I use this product more. I'm especially excited to wash the cash with it since it's so light weight.

This hose is garbage, do not buy
This hose is garbage, do not buy.The plastic ends appear to be designed to leak and cannot be fixed or adjusted.Plus I have no desire to cut off the existing ends to try and retrofit something else...not worth the trouble.I installed a few rubber grommets to try and seal up the connection, but it didn't help. There is a gap in the plastic end (attached to the hose bibb) that simply leaks everywhere.Lately, the middle of the hose has also sprung a leak, as many others have also experienced.I've been very careful with this hose and it still has failed in every category.Even the spray gun that is included is not very impressive. I bought a combo sprayer pack from Lowes for like $10 and a "new and improved" black expandable hose with the brass ends and it's MUCH better.I noticed today that I can no longer return this purchase so tonight it goes in the trash....wasted $50
