Easy, lightweight & stable
This walker is perfect for a frail, elderly, diminutive person (in this case, 4'6", 96 lbs, 89 YO). The wheels are larger and more stable than other walkers we've had and the entire unit is perfectly stable, lightweight and easy to maneuver. Easy to assemble and adjust as needed.

Very sturdy, easy to maneuver and fold/open
I have had a couple of walkers over the past few years but have found them harder to use as I lose height due to osteoporosis - none of them can be set low enough to have the handgrips at proper wrist height. Guess what? Walkers are manufactured for shorter folks, too (4'6" to 5'5")! This was very welcome news as I am now 5'1", down from 5'5". Right out of the box, it was obvious this walker was a bit heavier than the alumisnum models I have and felt much sturdier. It was simple to quickly determined which post hole on the leg was going to set the handgrips at the proper height and bingo, ready to go! What a relief for my shoulders, wrists, back, hips and knees to be able to walk about with support at the proper height! Easy-peasey to snap open to use or push closed to put in the car. I've taken this Medline Guardian walker to doctor's appointments, for pharmacy visits and, just this morning, to a local appliance dealership to buy a new washing machine - comfortable to use anywhere. A walker that can adjust to the proper height for you is a blessing so, if you're on the shorter side, definitely consider buying this unit; seriously, it will change your ability to move for the better and, in so doing, will change your life.

Walker for Youth or Short Adults
This walker provides proper fit for youth or adults 5'4" or shorter. I was very glad to find this walker as most standard adult walkers are for people 5'5" and taller. This walker is easy to assemble without any tools. Just slide the legs into place and adjust them to proper height with the easy-to-use buttons. The 2 wheels on the front legs roll smoothly. The hand holds are textured for improved gripping. The walker is lightweight yet sturdy. The sides may be folded in when not in use simply by pressing the tabs on the top bar.

Decent
Sturdy walker and good for the price. It is a tad shorter and not one for a taller person. My patient is 5'9 and the therapist stated it was to short for him.

Great of you 5'3" or under
Height states up to 5'5" . I'm 5'3' standing as straight as I can and at the max height it sizing properly for me. So if you are over 5'3" I'd say get a larger model. That said this is a great little walker. It's narrow enough to get through doorways in older homes easily. Good quality and rolls nicely. I like mine fine.

Quality built product for smaller users
Well built walker, ideal for shorter adults or youths. Replaced the front wheels with a set of swiveling wheels. Also replaced the glides on the rear posts with walker glide skis. Walker now has excellent maneuverability and glides over top of flooring transitions. I would buy this item again.Note that the walker I received had different latches which are used to collapse the sides. These latches are better than those shown in the product picture.

Great for 'fun-sized' people
I needed a walker to help with my knee replacement surgery recovery. I'm 4' 11" tall. Most walkers are too tall and too wide for me. Due to some knee buckling right after my surgery, I really needed a walker that was suited for my height and width. This walker fit the bill. There are 7 holes, spaced about an inch apart, on each leg. The push button peg is easy to use and slips into the hole that fits your height best.Once I had the walker adjusted to my height, I found the walker to be sturdy and reliable. I also ordered separately, some walker gripper pads and glides to make it more comfortable to grip the walker and walk on carpets/tile. But the walker gripper pads and glides aren't a necessity. More of a luxury. The walker is really easy to fold and store. I plan on keeping it in the trunk of my car for those times when I'm running errands and my knee tires out on me.
