is this the same formula as the bic stic grip?

The BIC Clic Stic and the BIC Round Stic Grip Xtra Comfort do use the same ink. I hope this helps. The BIC Team - The Official BIC Store

Is the color on the outside of the pen close to sky blue?

The blue ink is a typical blue ink that you'd find in most pens with blue ink. I wondered the same thing, as the blue color on the pen photo on my monitor appears to be a sky blue. It is light blue plastic on the PEN, but the INK is a normal blue ink. Hope that helps anyone else wondering.

Can we have our company logo stenciled on these

Hello,You can contact BIC directly to see if they can customize the pen. This can't be done through Amazon. Thanks

Can this pen be ordered with my company logo on it?

Not ordering through Amazon; that is a production question for Bic. However, with this pen you could write:-Your pen pal.-A love letter.-A great literary work of art.-An armistice between two warring nations.-The autobiography of Bob Murtha.
