I initially purchased these for a Portable LifePO4 system i was building. This one Is for My campers Lead Acid batteries so that the camper system does not drain them dead. New campers have these built in, newer than my 2019 wolf pup anyway.

There are several companies selling thus type of switch at half the price, I would have expected stainless mounting screws. No screws came with either switch.

I have not put it to use but overall looks like good quality.

Well made and easy to install

So if you have RV, Boat or other without a battery cutoff, then this is a great choice. Easy disconnect your battery and reduce the vampire voltage drain. Tehre are simply items you do not have switches for. This is a master to shut it all off. and there is a key so that no one can turn it on when not inserted.

Very easy to install and work as intended. No more drained battery when picking up my trailer from storage.

This was a high quality battery switch that allows for a variety of mounting options that protect the contacts from shorting. I used it for an external disconnect. I purchased an extra key that fits on a normal key ring in case a practical joker decides to disable my vehicle. I do wish it came with a couple of mounting screws so I didn't need to stop and head to the hardware store.

Feels high quality, but didnt come with the bolts to secure the box closed... Not sure if that was a mistake or intended. Kind of annoying because now i have to find bolts that will fit right.

I think the switch quality is good but I was disappointed that it did not include the 4 screws. A second red key would have been nice also. Many similar ones have two keys.

Worked exactly as designed. Exact replacement.

If you want a disconnect key it works well. Solid and well built.

Careful, this is only the knob NO SWITCH INCLUDED. The title misleads you. The item description clearly states it is only the knob... read carefully.
