solid supplement along with practicing good skin care
Info I've found relating to this product: Phytoceramides are plant-derived ceramides — lipid molecules that are naturally found in your skin and help maintain its moisture barrier. As we age, ceramide levels in the skin decrease, which can lead to dryness, fine lines, and a weaker skin barrier.I have a solid topical skin care regimen I follow and I've only been taking this supplement for about a month - I think this will be a helpful supplement for mature skin as long as I continue with my skin care.

Amazing!
I started to have dry cracked skin on my hands & feet. Used every lotion or cream recommended. When I started taking these I noticed a difference in just a few weeks!Less dryness & skin splitting. Now I’ve been taking them for 3 months & have noticed such a difference head to toe!

Softer skin over all.
Thus far, I can't say that I've noticed a great deal of much but to be fair I'm not exactly certain what results I'm looking for as my skin is really great shape, healthy, glowing and radiant from eating right, getting plenty of hydration and rest and exercise. As we all know beauty comes from within, so doesn't matter too much what products you slater on your face. If you're not getting the nutrients from the inside out, none of the external stuff will really matter much. If it does make a difference, that's a plus but just think how much more of a difference would be made if eating right, drinking plenty of water and getting rest and exercise would boost that result! Something to think about, yeah?So with that said, for right now I'm not entirely sure I see much of a difference but I have only been taking the product since Nov. 1st 2016. I have just reordered a second time. I feel maybe after the second bottle I'll be better able to tell a difference. Oh! Wait! That's not true! I just was getting ready to get into shower and rubbed my hand across my chest and noticed how silky smooth my skin is. My skin all over is nice, moisturized but I never really noticed this particular 'softness' until recently now that I think about it. So yes, I have begun to notice a little difference! I always use coconut and olive oil after showering so my skin is nice. However, yes, I must say it's a bit nicer. So ladies, the facial, wrinkle aspect I can not really speak on because I don't have crows feet, fine lines or any of that. But as I just mentioned, for all over skin, I am beginning to notice a change. We'll know more after this second bottle. I will return and update. I know lots of people say they will and they rarely do but I will definitely update and also change my star rating to fit my findings. The holistic health, wellness and nutritionist in me must remind you though, radiant skin comes from within. So be sure to eat and hydrate for your health of your body, health of your skin, get some movement in your body (move that blood and circulation!), get enough rest and be at peace. Stress causes wrinkles!Until next I update, be well.UPDATE*** 12/30/16 I've just received my 3rd bottle of this stuff. I think we are definitely on to something here! My skin feels like silk, like baby skin it's so soft. Yes I use coconut oil to moisturize but I've used it to moisturized for years with it and it's always been soft, but not THIS soft! I'll be back next month to report my FINAL review.***Update 2/6/17I'm on my 4th bottle! I'll have more to say after this last one .

This works!
First of all, I trust the Sports Research brand. I use their collagen peptide powder and krill oil. Secondly, Hot and Flashy Angie on YouTube recommended the Sports Research Phytoceramides, so I was intrigued, but since I have been taking hyalauronic acid for similar reasons, i.e., dry eyes and dry skin and hair, I figured the phytoceramides would not provide any more relief for my dry skin. Well, my dry skin, especially around my mouth and chin area has continued to get worse. For reference, I am a 54-year-old woman, postmenopausal x5 years, who uses tretinoin daily, and I am an avid runner/walker with exposure to the early morning cold temperatures. Last winter, the cold air and wind exposure resulted in very chapped and uncomfortable dry skin on my face and neck, and no topical cream, balm, or ointment seemed to help. Therefore, this October, I decided to try the phytoceramides. I have been taking this product for about 6 weeks, and, OMG, this supplement does WORK!!! I am so pleased with the soft and supple look to my facial skin, and, even better, my face feels comfortable - no more flakes; no more tightness; no more redness; no more angry-looking skin! I had to write a review because this supplement is so good and deserves the utmost praise! If anyone out there suffers from extremely dry skin, please try this product, but keep in mind that it will take a few weeks to notice improvement, so you will likely need to take a full bottle before you begin to reap the benefits, but the wait is so worth it, and with the Black Friday sale, you will be getting a steal of a deal! Bravo, Sports Research, Bravo! 👏 🙌 👏

Great supplement
So far so good. I feel they are improving the health of my skin. I will try another brand next. Just to see what’s what. These though are a buy

Affordable, but not sure it really helps
I have been taking this for years, but I honestly can’t say if it makes any improvement in my skin. It’s dry in Southern California so I take this to combat dry skin. I assume it might be helping my 50+ skin. But honestly, the reason I keep taking it and subscribe to it is because it’s affordable.
