Required text for my intermediate Italian class, which means ho dovuto comparlo. But it's proved useful in clarifying some grammatical questions. Yes, I recommend it. BTW, the Amazon price for a used copy was very good.

I have the registration number and i tried to get to their website to do an assignment and was not able to get in! I also called the help line with was NO HELP at all! False advertising telling people there is support.

We love the rental option because this book is too expensive but if you need it rent it. Great quality.

This is exactly the book I needed for my Italian class, and i love that the iLrn software is good for two years! That's like, four semesters of language class.

The book is trying hard to do too much. Too much of each chapter is about life in Italy, and culturally significant topic, which are nice but distracts from the main theme and makes it difficult to find the actual lessons needed.The online exercises contain mistakes and it takes hours to try to figure out if YOU are making the mistakes or the online learning center. FRUSTRATING! Additionally, the book is way to heavy, more so than any other book I have.

This is the text for my Italian class. It is very good as long as the professor is there to help.
