Albeit you are connected by wire this item is a great cheap alternative for a bluetooth headset.

Used this intercom 3 times. On the 4th it fell to pieces.Battery removal strap broke upon first use.Microphone wind shields need to be glued on or you’ll lose them.Putting on a helmet and trying to keep this in place is just about impossible. Obviously can’t fit this thing into place when the helmet is already on.Very careful routing of the cables is needed as they seem too long and get caught by arms and legs as you move about on the bike.Wind noise above 30mph makes it almost impossible to hear each other.Battery life i can’t comment on as only used for 3 short (half hour or so) trips.Have returned this and will order something better.The old oxford “bike mike” was not great but it was much much better than this.

Headset it's self is uncomfortable and doesn't stay I your ear. The intercom crackles all the time and quality of the voices is low

I found it a nuisance having to connect your passenger to the control box every time and disconnting when you get of the bike and I had to tie the boom cover as it kept coming of

The sound quality is awful at any speed above 25mph. The microphone arm is much to short. The Velcro tabs indicated in the instructions are not in the package. The product is not fit for purpose, mine is now in the bin!!

Didn't work the jack part never connected..

Acceptable quality for the price range but don't expect much if installed within the helmet. Not for that definitely.If used directly in your ear it does the job, they're comfortable enough for that. Wires are long and u just change batteries for long trips - not subject to recharging.
